After I received order I messaged seller asking about shipping cost adjustment and got no answer. Multiple messages & 3 weeks later said they would get back to me but didn't hear back. Don't like leaving negative feedback but seller lied to make the sale then stopped communication and didn't follow through making shopping on eBay a negative experience.
