Jill Miller provides excellent info on the shoulder and has a very pleasant presentation and personality. The actual practice is mixed. Some exercises are pretty extreme, while other exercises are very simple and easy for anyone and effective. The bottom line is that with just the warm ups and a few other exercises that are easy, my shoulders have more range of motion and feel freer than they have in years. I'm pretty happy with that. Even though I cannot do the more extreme exercises, the positive effects I've gotten from the ones I can do have made this dvd worthwhile for me and a keeper.
