Product wasn't shipped for over a week. Concerned, I contacted them & they claimed they were busy and they offered me a refund. I said no problem and gave them a grace to send. True to form, they took their time and sent it as cheaply as possible and it was delayed another week. Upon arrival, the packaging was so bad and cheaply done, that the box was literally crushed. Luckily, based on what I can tell, the product survived. I am very disappointment with this seller. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Game arrived quickly and in new state with shrink wrap. The lack of padding in the packaging resulted in a large gouge in the top of the box (see photo), which I doctored up with some tape. Fortunately the contents were not affected. Our postal service does it again.
