Very slow dispatch (not when marked on eBay!). Emailed the seller after purchase with a delivery query...message ignored. Item was described as having 'clean glass', but had two prominent scratches and other imperfections. Asked the seller about this, no response again. Opened a case, eventually accepted but still no comms. Refund eventually came through, though says 'The return case for this item was escalated to eBay Customer Support'. Zero marks for communication, product not as described...

Laptop arrived in pristine conditions. It was packaged with care and love together with its power supply (also well packaged). It was delivered by UPS which I consider the best and most reliable in the business especially for delicate items such as laptops. I think the box could have probably been dispatched one day earlier but considering the quality of the packaging, delivery and laptop itself I do not mind at all. All in all a great seller I look forward to dealing with again soon.
