The wrong size was sent. Although one boot had a stick-on label stating the size was 41, the boots were far too small. My friend who is a size 39 tried them on & she told me they were tight on her. I complained. The seller was slow to respond & initially offered a partial refund and asked me to sell the boots on as "we sell cheap items and don't make much profit". Eventually I was granted a return and refund but the seller deducted the cost of the return label from my refund. DISGUSTING!

The seller has got his comparison sizes all wrong. I take size 9 boots (EU 43) and ordered that size. I received size 12 (EU 47) but the seller advertised his size 12's as EU 43, which were far too big. I pointed out the mistake and he was happy to send me a new pair and said I could keep the originals. However, as I had already sent the originals back, he refunded me in full. An honest mistake on his part and full refund given.
