Betta arrived in Arkansas safe and sound, transshipped (I also used Joel Fernandez as another comment suggested; Texas was nearest to me). As expected the additional shipping cost the most. The fish as packed with care, healthy, as described. Seller had great communication. Process was easy and while it took extra waiting time for such long distance and extra process, I was surprised how fast it all happened. Thank you.

Bought a betta, and they guaranteed the fish delivered alive. The fish was DOA. I asked the seller to send me another betta because they did not meet their policy; I spent $100 already. I messaged the seller that I didn't want a refund, and to send me another fish. The seller ignored my request without explanation and forced a refund on me. After I spent $100, the seller refunded me $29.00. It's wrong. This is the worst purchase experience I've ever experienced. S/H $60 approx.
