Evri tracking was provided by the seller on 13 Feb but has remained at the status "we're expecting it" ever since (not dispatched).
The seller doesn't provide a revised delivery date, doesn't get involved with Evri to dispatch or provide any updates about what is being done to resolve.
The delivery was a week late & then had to progress with a refund.
I've been courteous & patient.

Terrible. The postage they’d put down for a large item was ‘small letter’ I questioned this as I didn’t want extra fees. They assured me all was fine. To then say they could no longer post but haven’t refunded me. My order is in limbo basically. Id like a refund ASAP.
