Description of the item was new , when it arrived was not new at all, remote seemed liked its been chewed , box was ripped , the item looked well used with marks on the item , it was really dusty, it shouldn’t of been listed as new , not happy , sending item back.

I tried explaining to the buyer that this item was damaged during the shipping process as I did not send it this way but the buyer has been insisting I sent a chewed remote and used Item. It makes no logical sense to send a damaged item and also accept refunds as a seller. I have in place a refund policy to protect my buyers and this issue would be sorted out with the shipping company.
I apologise for any inconvinence.
