Item was marked as dispatched on 25 March with delivery 27 - 30 March, no tracking details given even though this was going to be sent 1st Class Royal Mail. Contacted seller when item didn't arrive was told it was in transit and would upload tracking in a few hours!!! An item arrived on 6 April, badly packaged in bubble wrap and Sainsbury carrier bag. Toaster was in terrible condition, Seller admitted that 1st toaster was lost in post and blamed Royal Mail, would have appreciated honesty.
