You will be responsible for returning any unwanted or damaged goods and you will require a printer or access to one to print your returns label and take it to your local Royal Mail Post office or drop-off point.

When we enter the hottest months of the year, we'd like to remind customers to be mindful of what they're ordering!
Please be aware that during the warm weather conditions throughout the UK, We can't be held responsible for any products ordered While exposure to high temperatures affects all food products to some degree, some of our products, particular chocolates, creams, Toffees, Bon-bons, Fudge, jelly beans, jellies and Chews etc melting and or turning soft, sticky etc as our  couriers do not operate refrigerated transport. Please bear this in mind when ordering such items that are vulnerable to heat, Although our shop and warehouse are kept cool, we can't guarantee that once your order leaves us, a hot delivery van, the post office won't result in a melted order! We may also hold back and delay shipping any orders which are high value or large amounts of any items ordered which are vulnerable to Hot Weather conditions.
 
DELIVERY ADDRESS;
PLEASE Check before ordering your delivery address is correct with your house name or number and your correct postcode and matches your eBay order form - Please note that when you fail to provide your correct delivery address and a parcel is sent out wrongly addressed that it will be returned to us at a charge of approx £6-£12.00 plus a re-send charge will be required both of which you will be liable to pay before any re-send can be made.

Stock BB4 Dates Please note that all our sweets are sent out within the product BB4 Dates unless the current stock BB4 Date is displayed in our listing we will send stock within the BB4 Dates which is subject to current stock and the quantity ordered- we try our best to send the best dates possible and usually aim for 2-6 months and at least 1 month Best before dates - however if the BB4 Dates are an issue we strongly suggest you contact us before placing your order to check on our current stock BB4 Dates and add a reminder note to us at checkout in the optional message box provided.

Delivery -
Delivery times below are a guide only and all deliveries are subject to slight delays during busy periods/especially the Xmas build-up period.
We will arrange dispatch on your order within 1 working day (Mon-Fridays) 99% of all our orders received before 1 pm Monday-Friday is usually dispatched the same working day, please note that we do not work weekends and any orders received after 4 pm Thursdays are usually shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. - orders may be sent via tracked or recorded delivery and you are responsible for providing your correct full U.K Delivery address and correct BT/RM UK Postcode if this is not correct it may cause your parcel to be delayed or lost/sent to the incorrect address for which we cannot accept any responsibility for if you don't provide a correct delivery address with postcode - also you will need to make sure someone is available to accept/sign for your order and if it has not arrived or no missed parcel courier/royal mail card is left within 4 working days of your order dispatch email/message or within 5 working days of placing your order then you must message us so we can check to track/arrange re-delivery in case it is returned to us.
We will usually upgrade most 2-5 day delivery services to a faster delivery service free of charge in the event we are busy with packing/dispatch and cannot get your order out the same or the next working day.
Please also do not accept any damaged parcels or collect any damaged parcels especially if they are marked as damaged or the courier agent says they have been injured - simply refuse delivery and ask them to return it to the seller and message us to notify us about the issue.
We may upgrade your delivery service to faster delivery times subject to our courier's collection days/times and the day you place your order if any days are not suitable please add notes at checkout.
Delivery outside the United Kingdom
Please note we do NOT ship any goods outside the UK - And all orders must have a Royal Mail/BT Postcode - No Exceptions.
Deliveries to remote parts ofthee UK andparts of Ireland/channel / Scottish / Channel Islands may take an extra day or two to arrive.
 
Late Delivery
We only ship/post orders out during weekdays excluding any Bank Holidays so anything ordered after 4 pm Thursday afternoon is usually dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday and very large orders usually over 2.5kg may be an extra day or two but we will upgrade delivery service to a faster time to compensate.
Delays are expected around all Public/Bank Holiday periods such as Easter, Xmas, New Year
Please note that if your order has not arrived within 3 working days of your eBay dispatch message please contact us via eBay message and we will confirm dispatch details and/or check tracking where available - please note in the rare event of a possible lost parcel We may have to ask you to wait the required 15 working days before we can file any claims and issue replacements or refunds.
