Please message us straight away if your parcel contents arrive with any damage keep all original packaging and do not open seals on damaged sweet bags, containers or tubs or consume any products before contacting us in case of a return.
RETURNS;
You will be responsible for returning any unwanted or damaged goods and you will require a printer or access to one to print your returns label and take it to your local Royal Mail Post office or drop-off point.

When we enter the hottest months of the year, we'd like to remind customers to be mindful of what they're ordering!
Please be aware that during the warm weather conditions throughout the UK, We can't be held responsible for any products ordered While exposure to high temperatures affects all food products to some degree, some of our products, particular chocolates, creams, Toffees, Bon-bons, Fudge, jelly beans, jellies and Chews etc melting and or turning soft, sticky etc as our couriers do not operate refrigerated transport. Please bear this in mind when ordering such items that are vulnerable to heat, Although our shop and warehouse are kept cool, we can't guarantee that once your order leaves us, a hot delivery van, the post office won't result in a melted order! Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us for further information. Thank you.
We may also hold back and delay shipping any orders which are high value or large amounts of any items ordered which are vulnerable to Hot Weather conditions.
DELIVERY ADDRESS;
PLEASE Check before ordering your delivery address is correct with your house name or number and your correct postcode and matches your eBay order form - Please note that when you fail to provide your correct delivery address and a parcel is sent out wrongly addressed that it will be returned to us at a charge of approx £6-£12.00 plus a re-send charge will be required both of which you will be liable to pay before any re-send can be made.

We Aim to post your goods within 1-4 working days (Mondays-Fridays) of your order & fully cleared payment depending on which delivery service option you choose at checkout.
1) DELIVERY UPTO 2-8 working days = FREE P& P VIA Our Delivery is usually 2-4 working days - set as our default SERVICE option.
2) - Delivery 2-3 working days - upgrade at checkout and your order will be sent via a 2-3 WORKING DAY Delivery service -
3) DELIVERY OPTION 3 - 24-48-hour delivery - UPGRADE AT CHECKOUT TO THIS SERVICE. Express delivery service 1-2 Working Days (Mon-Fri) (48 hours)
4) DELIVERY OPTION 4 - 24 HOUR - NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY OR If your order is very urgent you will have the option to upgrade to our same day/next day dispatch via NEXT Working Day Courier Service with our Next Working Day Delivery service -(Mon-Fri)
please note that you will need to place your order before 10.00 am for same-day dispatch which is only available Monday - Friday -(Orders placed over the weekend will usually be booked for the following Monday courier collection) we will then book your service on a Next Working Day delivery via a reliable courier service and if orders are placed before 10 am you should receive your goods the following working day - usually weekdays only (depending on area). - Please note this service does NOT Guarantee any shipping dates or times just like all our delivery options but does have a 99.9% success rate.

orders are usually sent via Royal Mail delivery service dispatched within 1-5 working days of receiving your order, (small amounts/items are usually sent as flat packs which are mostly letterbox friendly and most orders over 681g are usually sent as a boxed parcel via royal mail 2-3 day tracked delivery service.
For tracking/text, message delivery alert purposes - best to provide your mobile phone number when placing your order.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your goods to arrive from your dispatch confirmation e-mail date before contacting us and up to 5 working days over busy periods such as Xmas, valentines, easter, mother's/father's day and any postal strikes, if we expect long delays for your goods to be shipped/dispatched due to any of the above reason or other reasons that may occur we will email or phone you within 24 hours of your order payment.

Please note that we cannot guarantee any delivery times/dates, only that your goods will be shipped We will contact you within 1-2 working days.
Please remember that we only state we will dispatch your goods within 1-4 working days and when shipped in the hands of our courier services it can take 1-7 working days depending on the service you select for it to arrive and long delays by royal mail can take up to 14 working days.
MISSING ITEMS/DELAYED ORDERS Any missing items or incorrect orders or any damaged goods must be reported to us via eBay message asap ideally within 7 days of receipt, please do not destroy any damaged or incorrect orders until we have replied as we may require items to be returned.
You must allow up to 7 days from your order date for any items/orders to arrive before we can offer any refunds/replacements to be sent as Royal Mail will not accept any parcel to be lost until 15 working days from the expected delivery date as passed.
Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any parcel/goods/order that does not arrive in time for your required event/time frame or is delayed/lost in transit - we cannot offer any compensation for any of your out of pocket expenses incurred other than to offer a full replacement or a full refund in the event of your parcel not arriving after the couriers set claims time frame. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights.
Please make sure if you place your order that someone is available between 8 am-8 pm Monday-Sunday at your delivery address to accept/sign for your parcel and report any failed delivery within 5 days of your confirmation dispatch email.
Please note that we cannot pass any message to any of our courier/delivery service providers to leave your parcels in the garden/backyard/near the bins/garage etc - parcels do need to be delivered to the front door to someone at that address and may also need to be signed for- if this is an issue we strongly suggest you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept/sign for your parcel.
We reserve the right to change/use any type of delivery/courier service as we see fit to deliver/ship your parcel.
If you see any issues with this please add details in notes to the seller or contact via email or phone to discuss in more detail. You can add a note at checkout to deliver your parcel to another house number in your street close to your house/address if you are out but you must confirm the full address.
Item listings/product info/terms Please make sure you read any listings of any items you commit to purchase so you are fully aware of the item/s you are buying as we cannot accept any replacements/returns if you order an incorrect item to what you are expecting, We strongly suggest you purchase a small weigh out bag/amount of any sweets you have not had before or for some time or another brand as we sell most our weigh outs in small amounts so you do not need to commit to large amounts, this will avoid any disappointment with your purchase if the sweets are not as you remember them to be or if not to your taste.
also please note that some listings/items display the manufacturer's original jars/box/case/packs etc to show the actual brand/product as you would see it in our sweet shop but are not always what you are buying as many of our listings are sold in the form of weigh-out bags from the jar/box etc and will not include the original jars/boxes/case or any original packing materials.
please be aware that many of our retail sweets are subject to change in colour/taste/size/shape/ingredients without notice/warning as many are hand made traditional sweets which can change per batch made which can affect the shape/texture/colours and/or the ingredients including any sweets which may be/state on packaging/info provided at the time of our listings to make any claims such as Halal approved, suitable for vegetarians or vegans, gluten free, nut free, free from any non-natural colours or flavours can all be subject to change per batch supplied without notice, we strongly suggest if any of the above is an issue/concern that you check with us before you place your order so we can check the current info/ label/ingredients as goods cannot be returned exchanged after they are dispatched, also the wrappers/packaging/design of the packaging are subject to change without notice, also due to new government recommendations introduced July 2010 many sweets are no longer containing artificial colours and/or flavours or some "E" numbers which will and do have an impact on the colour/taste/shape/texture of sweets.
Stock BB4 Dates Please note that all our sweets are sent out within the product BB4 Dates unless the current stock BB4 Date is displayed in our listing we will send stock within the BB4 Dates which is subject to current stock and the quantity ordered- we try our best to send the best dates possible and usually aim for 2-6 months and at least 1 month Best before dates - however if the BB4 Dates are an issue we strongly suggest you contact us before placing your order to check on our current stock BB4 Dates and add a reminder note to us at checkout in the optional message box provided.
If any of the above is important to your requirements please check with us for details of our current stock. PLEASE NOTE; If your sweets are required to be a certain colour/mix/size/shape etc. for any special condition or occasions/events, especially Wedding favours/ Valentines/ Anniversaries, Birthdays, Xmas presents, gifts, displays, presentations etc, please either email us to check your requirements or phone and add a message in your notes to seller option box at the time of your order as we cannot replace products you have opened/used after sent for any of the above reasons unless prearranged and approved by our Sales/customer service team.
Also, we are not liable and unable to accept returns for any changes to sweet products from the manufacturers which include colours, shapes, sizes, wrappers, and designs, if any of the above may cause issues please message us before ordering for product updates.
order issues/problems. Please send us an eBay message if you have any problems/questions regarding your order placed/paid for and We will reply ASAP usually within 24-48 hours. Please do NOT open/break the seal on any weigh-out bags/packets/boxes of sweets if they arrive not as you would expect/damaged/crushed/broken etc - please leave full contents in the original sealed bag and e-mail us with full details of any issues/problems and we will address the matter asap.
Please note that in the event your order/goods arrive not as you expected due to our error or damage in transit to you and you require a replacement or full refund it will be you may be required to arrange the safe return of the goods via your local royal mail post office and we strongly suggest you return the goods via 2nd/1st class recorded delivery - if the issue is due to our error or damaged in transit we will refund your return postage costs upon their return.- you will be informed of our complete return process via email upon your request.
You want to cancel your order If you wish to cancel your order as it is no longer required you will need to do this by SENDING A EBAY MESSAGE as soon as possible WITHIN 14 DAYS of placing your order.

Delivery -
Delivery times below are a guide only and all deliveries are subject to slight delays during busy periods/especially the Xmas build-up period.
We will arrange dispatch on your order within 1 working day (Mon-Fridays) 99% of all our orders received before 1 pm Monday-Friday is usually dispatched the same working day, please note that we do not work weekends and any orders received after 4 pm Thursdays are usually shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. - orders may be sent via tracked or recorded delivery and you are responsible for providing your correct full U.K Delivery address and correct BT/RM UK Postcode if this is not correct it may cause your parcel to be delayed or lost/sent to the incorrect address for which we cannot accept any responsibility for if you don't provide a correct delivery address with postcode - also you will need to make sure someone is available to accept/sign for your order and if it has not arrived or no missed parcel courier/royal mail card is left within 4 working days of your order dispatch email/message or within 5 working days of placing your order then you must message us so we can check to track/arrange re-delivery in case it is returned to us.
We will usually upgrade most 2-5 day delivery services to a faster delivery service free of charge in the event we are busy with packing/dispatch and cannot get your order out the same or the next working day.
Please also do not accept any damaged parcels or collect any damaged parcels especially if they are marked as damaged or the courier agent says they have been injured - simply refuse delivery and ask them to return it to the seller and message us to notify us about the issue.
We may upgrade your delivery service to faster delivery times subject to our courier's collection days/times and the day you place your order if any days are not suitable please add notes at checkout.
Delivery outside the United Kingdom
Please note we do NOT ship any goods outside the UK - And all orders must have a Royal Mail/BT Postcode - No Exceptions.
Deliveries to remote parts ofthee UK andparts of Ireland/channel / Scottish / Channel Islands may take an extra day or two to arrive.
Late Delivery
We only ship/post orders out during weekdays excluding any Bank Holidays so anything ordered after 4 pm Thursday afternoon is usually dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday and very large orders usually over 2.5kg may be an extra day or two but we will upgrade delivery service to a faster time to compensate.
Delays are expected around all Public/Bank Holiday periods such as Easter, Xmas, New Year
Please note that if your order has not arrived within 3 working days of your eBay dispatch message please contact us via eBay message and we will confirm dispatch details and/or check tracking where available - please note in the rare event of a possible lost parcel We may have to ask you to wait the required 15 working days before we can file any claims and issue replacements or refunds.
Orders over £10.00 in value are usually upgraded free of charge to a faster tracked/recorded delivery service.
PAYMENT TERMS;
Please make your payment as soon as you have selected all your goods and if for any reason you cannot make a payment or expect delays or any issues please send us an eBay message straight away to avoid any unpaid item case being open otherwise this will happen within a few days of non-payment and once open can only be closed if you make full payment via Pay-pal.

Any issues with your order please send us an eBay message straight away explaining the problem and retain all the original order and packing materials in case returns are needed. - Please also message us explaining your issues before leaving us any low feedback scores/ratings of 3 or below or any neutral or negative feedback ratings so we may have an opportunity to try to resolve your issues which We always try our very best to do.
Best value weigh-outs are Usually between 400g-600g or 1000g and above (or as part of a multi-purchase where we usually have a discount for buying so many weigh or sweets in one sale/order) as We have to include all eBay/PayPal fees along with packing materials packing costs and shipping costs and many more overheads which all add up to more than small amounts of sweets cost to ship.
Prices we display if we show FREE P&P Then prices shown include all packing and postage costs plus all other costs involved in getting your order processed and delivered to you.
