Great seller. I bought a brand new, never been opened youview box, that was dispatched straight away. Unfortunately, it was faulty (not the seller's fault, obviously). I contacted seller the same day the item arrived, received a very quick response, an apology (although he couldn't have known about the fault) and was refunded straight away.
