This Seller is a jewel to work with. The wrong ornament was in the box when it arrived. Seller was prompt in getting a refund posted and insisted not attempt a return as additional dollars spent would not fix. Seller did not know where to look for the correct ornament. I will do business with this Seller again as she works hard to make things right. Package arrived promptly and packaged very well. Item was New and Box was new as described, just in wrong box.
