Now the wreath has arrived, its as described. Taken over 2 weeks to arrive, completely missed the event I required it for. 1st week the tracking stated item lost, no tracking record. I ordered another wreath from a different seller, but both in Ireland and both recorded as lost, not tracking. I received a refund on the other one without asking. Contacting seller, it then changed to been received at a hub. Next it said item delayed. Item positive - Service POOR. I have a wreath for nothing now
