Seller does not refund unless you change your feedback to a positive even when she's seen photos have been shown of the mould/mildew patches on the linings. 2nd pair bought as needed for a double window aspect, first pair had a red stain on them so neutral feedback left. I didn't expect a 2nd pair to be much worse. Could've sent them back, but the curtains were needed. So the dirty linings will be taken out. I won't change my feedback as other buyers need to be aware. Item condition is false.

So sorry to hear you didn't get the outcome you wanted. ebay requires you to return an item for a full refund (all my returns are free of charge within the UK). I was fully co-operative to this point, it is just a shame it wasn't reciprocated.

The seller had said I would have a partial refund if feedback was changed, at no time did I ask for a full refund without sending back the curtains. Buyers need to be aware of other feedback which shows a tendency for items not to be clean or condition that’s been described as new which is false. I have messages to show that only if feedback was changed that a partial refund would be granted. To be honest don’t believe half the positive feedbacks!!
