The T-shirt probably has a manufacturing defect...
You agreed to send it back to us and get your money back from us.
Unfortunately, you did not fulfil our mutual agreement and you do not want to send the T-shirt back, so I do not understand your behavior.
Manufacturing defects happen and they are normal, but they do not depend on us but on the manufacturer.
Just send the T-shirt back and the problem will be solved.
