I received the item early than stated, when I removed it from the plastic covering I seen the box all damaged, which isn't the sellers fault, when it come to use it to make a frappe I noticed these black pieces shooting in the jug, obviously there was a fault, I got in touch with the seller who was extremely helpful and supportive in getting a replacement sent out asap, constant communication from the seller, I probably will buy from this seller again.

    Do not buy

    Wooden slats seemed to have been pre-filled before sending, didn’t notice this until two days of the bench being put together the filler started to come out due to rain getting into them. The photos are 2 days after the bench being put together!!! I was left with large cracks in the wood...bench can not be used for fear of snapping. Wood is of poor quality and rust has formed already in parts of the metal. Not worth the money I would advise to spend a little more for a better quality bench.

    As described but not easy to assemble

    It is as described. However, the parts labeling do no correspond to the instruction manaul.Also, the canopy will not assemble as the canopy has been manufactured too small. You will have to have engineering experience to assemble and solve these probleems.
