Item arrived after a lengthy wait but was as advertised and well-packaged. pparently the initial attempt to send was unsuccessful but after a quick exchange of messages the item arrived 18 days after the order.

Item as described - swift communication with seller throughout process. Note: there was some confusion regarding delivery method - listed as Royal Mail Tracked 48 when it was in fact 2nd Class - inaccurate description of delivery method therefore. Misdelivery by Royal Mail - this was raised with the seller who was quick to accuse me of foul play - this was unpleasant; room for improvement with customer service. That said, item eventually arrived and was of sound quality.

Royalmail Delivered to you 5 days ago you claimed not received its delivered on there system but you wanted a refund because you was under the impression i had no tracking as sent standard post but it was still tracked post, make contact with seller do not just open cases but either way glad you have it
