So far it is working beautifully. It arrived today and was packaged carefully. The reconditioned item is in brand new condition and well worth the money I saved by buying reconditioned items. I’m very impressed with the All In One Hp computer. So far I cannot find any fault with the condition or the performance. The seller was very fast to answer my questions before I made my purchase. Shortly after I returned this item I was advised, with pictures, that the glass in the scanner was broken. And ultimately I received no refund. This damage was not there when I sent it off. The package was marked fragile, the seller did not show me a picture of the box it arrived in. To be short, I think the package was damaged during return. NOT MY FAULT. All take a picture of all returned items!!!!!!!! I very dissatisfied with this seller.
