    These are capsules. I received them Saturday, they were wrapped in what looked like a piece of a black trash bag then taped repeatedly around the trash bag with packing tape I'm guessing so they wouldn't get squished. But they were squished flat anyway, very brittle which tells me they are old, and 3 out of the 4 capsules had busted open and stuck to the packaging. The other capsule wasn't full either, literally about 1/4 of the capsule is all that had medicine in it. It's a rip off and a shame
