Item listed as open box, which means like new minor cosmetic defects such as small scratches. However this $500 S20 Galaxy Note phone is broken. The provided stylus doesn't work and it won't do a fast charge indicating damage to the charge port. If you flip the cord on the USB C port it won't charge at all. Further indicating damage. Received a broken phone. Need a full refund and seller to provide return shipping label. Messaged seller two days ago and waiting for response.
