Rapid delivery and as described. Connected with the Ford database without any problems and used FDRS to download updates to the PCM in our Transit Mk8. IDS diagnostics works as expected and been a big help. Seller usually responds the next day with answers to any questions so fine there. Laptop is like new and the VCM 2 was recognised by IDS and FDRS connecting to vehicle in both cases without any problems. Would reccomend, many thanks
