Very quick delivery. Item exactly as described and incredible value for money. A nice touch was the free bowl scraper.
Everything well packaged.
Sadly the splashguard arrived cracked.
I contacted the seller to advise of this. They responded within an hour and apologised even though this circumstance is completely out of their control, and have offered to send me a replacement splashguard straight away.
This customer service is exceptional and very much appreciated.

Told no spikes left. Should not be advertising extras when none available!! Asked for partial refund save seller paying for return Jersey postage.
