Dear Customer, in our description we advise the following: Please, measure your foot before ordering and allow 1 extra cm, check the size list carefully, it is advisable to order an extra size, as safety shoes size may vary from regular one, and you can ask for a free insole which can adjust the size if it is a bit larger.

Shoe that came is a completely different brand to the description and the quality is extremely poor compared to the same shoe I already have which should be the one in the description. Also states it’s a size 10 and it’s at least an 11. Not happy!

"Regarding the shoe model, you initially selected Model B, which is the one you received. When you first contacted us, you requested a picture of the shoes, and at that time, I sent you a picture of Model A. You replied that it was different from the picture, which is why we then sent you Model B. Now, you are claiming that we sent you a different model altogether.

Hi, item was damaged when it came and it seems used, I contacted the seller to ask if is possible to have it replaced after I shown pictures, they confirmed that they will send the replacement part, after a few days they didn’t reply anymore, probably they wait for the returning period to pass so they don’t need to receive it and pay back the money.

if an item arrived damaged we happily replace it, but in this case it is clear to me that it was damaged by wrongly using it. we repackage every sharpener with cellophane bags and bubble envelopes, it is not possible this was sent out unnoticed.
