I have advised and demonstrated to this seller that the housing caps sent to me were all cracked at the connection threads and for that reason unusable in my commercial system. I asked for a refund or replacement but because he wants return of the product as a condition I asked repeatedly for a prepaid return shipping label to which he has been unresponsive rather insisting that I do a voluntary return for which I get to pay for shipping to China. If the ship label arrives, this will come down.

False advertiser & dealer. I ordered external metatarsals to protect the top part of my feet for safety & I expected some internal hard plastic or some internal hard metal within the fabric & instead this dealer/seller sent me some costume knock off that looks like it’ll protect your feel & yet all it is, is fabric. Had I known this beforehand I would’ve went to the dollar store, bought cotton, stuffed socks with the cotton then placed over top of my shoes.! I highly don’t recommend. Refund me!?
