I received the item early than stated, when I removed it from the plastic covering I seen the box all damaged, which isn't the sellers fault, when it come to use it to make a frappe I noticed these black pieces shooting in the jug, obviously there was a fault, I got in touch with the seller who was extremely helpful and supportive in getting a replacement sent out asap, constant communication from the seller, I probably will buy from this seller again.

    Easy to use, cosy and a good size

    This heated blanket has 9 heat levels, so far I haven’t needed higher than level 4, generally, I turn it down to 2 and find that sufficent. I use it when I am sitting in my armchair, when I am often aware of having cold legs and feet. Also I have a large sitting room, so this saves me having to keep the room a lot warmer saving fuel costs. The blanket is soft and a good size covering me from chest to toes although it is unusaul for me to wear it past my wiast. One reason I chose this one was it has all the British safety standards. I also feel pleased to think, if we ever have severely cold weather, I can tuck under my heated blanket.

    Cosy!

    Bought for my mum for her birthday. She loves it and said the quality is great. The last time I bought her an electric blanket for Christmas last year it started smoking (not this brand). So far so good!
