These were a cheap copy, not the same as pictures, very short velcro strap. Lost money on return postage as only found out the pictures didn’t match the product when opened the return as ‘item didn’t fit’ and was unable to change the reason for return.

The item you purchased is definitely a genuine Under Armour product and not a copy. I have checked the item and it matches the picture and description on the listing. Which part of the shoe you received didn't match the photo?
If the velcro was too short this is down to the fit and the manufacturers design so your return reason of "item didn't fit" is correct.
