Seller offered choice of 2 peacocks in poor condition rather than the one in the photo as he’d lent the peacock to a photo shoot and said I would have to wait for it to be returned if I wanted that one, I agreed to wait as I wanted the one in the photo. Seller collected the peacock and a delivery date was agreed. Day before delivery was due seller advised he’d looked and it wasn’t the peacock he was expecting back and offered to send 1 in poor condition or refund. Refund has been accepted
