So fair to say this was an experience I’ve not had before! Package had arrived with top loader and no card inside. So first instincts kicked in and as you can imagine I was annoyed so contacted seller and informed of the situation. The seller immediately contacted back and the situation was resolved with a refund straight away along with a little something I received as an apology. Wether it was a human error on not accidentally putting the card in it’s always wise to speak to them first!
