Excellent attachment for Artisan stand mixers
KitchenAid make quite a few attachment for the Artisan stand mixers. The quality of the products they design are both functional, excellent quality and attractive. I use the juicer attachment, the pasta maker, which i use all the time and the slicer/shredder attachment, which again is excellent. My only issue is the cost of the additional three grater KitchenAid sell, which cost as much as this does new 85 of our glorious pounds. However, i don't think i would use them, so have not bought them. This attachment is excellent. use it at half speed and run for 2 minutes on 1 - or a half speed to deal with residual cheese, veg etc. I love this attachment and bought two thinking the second had difference graters. Anyway, a must if you are a really enthusiastic cook and own an Artisan stand mixerKitchenAid make quite a few attachment for the Artisan stand mixers.
