While there were a few delays regarding the package, I wholeheartedly believe that this was not the sellers fault. The shipping company made numerous mistakes, and when the seller was informed of these mistakes, they took all precautions to ensure the delivery of the package. While the initial package was unfortunately misplaced by the shipping company, the seller was profusely apologetic and offered a full refund and and dicount for a reorder. They were very sympathetic and very helpful, 8/10
