Item Was Faulty - Seller insisted i damaged it and i was out to call her a Liar. Not a great experience with this seller. Very Rude. Plus Postage cost £3.70 but seller charged £7.99 . Also failed to send a lead that was present in her pictures.

Sold as sterling silver and described as solid silver in the listing. When I asked what the hallmark said because photo was blurry seller said she thought it was made in Sheffield and didn’t give the date as “to hard to read”. As soon as it arrived I could see it said made in England and EPNS. Also, very scratched on the top engraving ring and this can’t be polished out because it is EPNS off. Seller won’t refund - but it was miss sold as it is not silver.
