    Chris was quick to respond when I made contact. Unfortunately, the casserole dish wasn’t cushioned well enough in the box, and USPS was careless in handling the package. The box was crushed and the casserole broken into many pieces. Very disappointed. Fortunately, Chris refunded the full amount, sent me a return label for the surviving lid which I have returned. Avoid use of USPS when possible, and pack glassware with thick layers of cushioning for all pieces!
