The item itself was faulty: one of the buds was not working. This can happen for all sorts of reasons, such as transit issues. But the customer service provided was excellent. Firstly, they replied to my complaint/emails promptly (within a couple of hours--super quick considering they're based half way around the world). Secondly, they issued a full refund which cleared in my bank within 2-3 days. There was only a week between the item arriving and a full refund clearing in my account.

Delivery company forced through my letterbox which crushed the item. I had to reshape it but it wasn’t perfect. Informed seller and received a partial refund so have left positive feedback for this. Should really have been in a box not just a plastic bag and bubble wrap
