In reply to your rant, I say yes to all of your comments you did refund me and because of YOUR reluctance to provide a return address, I still have the item. I apologised several times in our correspondence that I had perceived the item as smaller and I would be happy to pay to return them, which meant you wouldn't have been completely 'out of pocket'. How you have reacted to this is down to you.
