The product was diluted. Originally it should have sealant, but it was broken. The texture of liquid was very thin like water. And I know from before that it must be thick. Also it was leaking. This is also a sign, that it was open before sending it. I received a refund, but I don’t understand why did I had to pay postage. I tried to contact eBay, but no luck.

Terrible. The postage they’d put down for a large item was ‘small letter’ I questioned this as I didn’t want extra fees. They assured me all was fine. To then say they could no longer post but haven’t refunded me. My order is in limbo basically. Id like a refund ASAP.
