    Well I have been told Evening Primrose oil is healthy for you and I have fibromyalgia, spondylosis, and I'm 60+ ? I used to take it about 3 years ago I did notice a difference in my skin so thought I should start taken it again

    Better than HRT

    I was on hormone replacement which has been difficult to get lately. So I decided to try oil of evening primrose. My sweats stopped immediately, as I was still getting them. I was taking one a day I now take them twice a day.
