Seller wrote in the item description that this item was ‘brand new’ but in a used box. Pictures were provided but they did not highlight the fact that a majority of the Christmas decorations were broken, or had been glued back together. Therefore not ‘brand new’ at all. Dishonest. Partial refund offered and accepted. Experience still negative despite this.

NOT DISHONEST THE LISTING SHOULD HAVE STATED USED SO A GENUINE OVERSIGHT AND THE BUYER WAS OFFERED TO RETURN THE ITEM BUT AS THEY WANTED THIS WE MUTUALLY AGREED TO A PARTIAL REFUND SO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS NOT WARRANTED
