Fake silver coins. Seller sold me 2021 Silver maple leaf coins that were fakes. I bought 4 of them. All 4 were fakes. Pure Silver .9999 is not magnetic at all. These coins are highly magnetic and must have high iron content. These fake coins, Queen Elizabeth's head is frosted. On real coins, Queen Elizabeth's head is high polished silver. Very disappointed. Ad indicated pure silver. Unsure if seller knew he was selling fake coins or not. Once I filed a claim, I was refunded without discussion.

    Great, even if a little dated, works fine with Win 10

    Great little scanner. - easy to set up (note: driver disk says Win7, 8, XP only...but installs and works fine in Win 10 also) - easy to recalibrate (there's an option, you click the button) - user provided ALL items (cal sheets, cleaning sheet, yay) - activating scanner gives you Dsmobile app option as well as stock Windows scan option Couldn't find a glitch and what relief...a scanner that actually works every time.

    It is a good product.

    This product serves its purpose admirably as a convenience scanner which does not take up a lot of space. Quality of the scans is fair to good. It does not replace a high resolution scanner by any means, but it is a CONVENIENCE. For the price I paid, $80, it is well worth it. My general experience with Brother products has been EXCELLENT in terms of reliability.

    Great for on the road!!

    I love it!! Easy to use, just hook it up to your laptop and no need to worry about batteries for the scanner unit as it powers directly from your laptop. Fits in my briefcase without any problem, and scans fairly quick. I use this on the road with clients and it doesn't bleed the battery of my laptop. Saves in a PDF file and still easy to work with. Downloading disk and complete setup for my laptop took about 15 minutes.

    Old but some feutures can work with the windows 8 or older

    No drivers found for windows 10... The cleaning sheet is important.. Be sure to ask for it.. Its a discontinued producto at brother's co.

    I like the product but I wish more thorough documentation was provided.

    I found that the actual operation of the scanner software was a little awkward. My notification bar filled up with scanner icons for some reason. Took me quite a while to erase each one and I could not find any mention of this in the documentation provided. The actual scanning of documents was perfect, however; clear in both color (slow) and b/w (pretty quick).
