Arrived as agreed although the delivery man was not too keen on showing me how it worked. Compounded with the inappropriate manualbit took a while to work things out. Its a lovely scooter and has been well prepared and very happy with it. Surprised that the battery was so heavy as a light weight battery was my requirement. A quality machine for the price.

When reading the instructions please refer to the model, 'AAP4'. The batteries are slightly heavier as the 'Plus' model comes with the larger capacity lithium batteries.
