Service seemed OK. Had an item sent which arrived damaged as the packagingwas terrible for how delicate the product is, so they agreed to send me out a replacement....Good. however the one they sent was in the same flimsy bag and yet again this one was damaged in 2 place, a worse state than the first one. I have tried to contact them to resolve this issue again, but they are not messaging me back this time ??
