The item that arrived was the wrong size. It was my error as although it said large in the description, I hadn’t clicked on it. When I contacted the seller in order to ask for details in which to return and swap the size, they were very rude and condescending. Errors occur can occur on either side and having had great service before through eBay, with errors happening before, I find it’s how you handle things that can really show what sort of company you are. Will not be using again!!

I don't know what kind of service can satisfy you. The first time you opened a return case, you said that we sent the wrong size, but the photos you provided proved that we were not wrong. The second time you said that we would not allow you to return the goods, but I provided you with the return address and specifically told you that I would give you a full refund when you returned it.
