Item arrived with a scratch across the screen, signs of previous use and poorly packaged. Item description was listed 'as new' - with no signs of use. Upon contacting the seller and requesting a partial refund due to the scratch the seller would only offer an refund of £10, later raised to £15, but refused to meet my request of £20. I would not recommend this seller at all. Seller only responded once a return request had been made, despite two attempts at contact prior.

    Samsung galaxy J5

    Really liked the phone. Feels heavy & good quality. However, I dropped it after 10 days ownership approx.18 inches onto a hard area & the damage to the screen is servere, cracked in several places. Replacement screen repair mininum £80. Previous I phone 6, owned several years & dropped numerous times with no damage. I realise it was my fault but really disappointed the screen can't withstand a drop or 2😑

    Samsung J5 2017 - superb.

    I bought this phone for my wife who has a sight condition. The ability to increase the font size she finds brilliant, and overall the phone is fast to respond with everything feeling of quality. Lots more to find out but I am very impressed.

    Genuinely user friendly

    This is an upgrade on a previous Samsung for me as I like the way they operate, and I'm really happy with this one. I don't know what all the much more expensive phones do that this one doesn't but it seems to do everything I need and super fast. It has a very clear display and battery life seems very good so far.
