Item ok. But zero human communication, when I did ask a question. And this seller made out dispatched on the Saturday when actually it was dispatched on the Tuesday. I feel this seller needs to learn to communicate and only state dispatched after they have physically handed it to a courier or drop of point. Not to mislead customers on when it was proberly due. And it came late because the seller had not dispatched it. Which caused me some inconvenience. Shows a disregard for customers.

When you book a parcel in to be delivered using packlink it automatically marks the parcel as dispatched. This feedback is a little insane. I dispatched this parcel the day after booking it in. This is not Amazon where each seller has a fleet of vans to personally deliver items. We are at the mercy of the courier companies as to when they pick up.
