Tutti gli articoli ordinati erroneamente o malfunzionanti devono essere restituiti entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione. Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono a carico dell'acquirente, a meno di errori non imputabili allo stesso (ad esempio malfunzionamenti o difetti del prodotto). 2. Avviare la procedura di restituzione su eBay

3. Inserire il Prodotto nel suo imballaggio d'origine completo e non danneggiato;

4. Spedire il pacco al mittente (stesso indirizzo della spedizione), comunicando il codice di tracciamento e il corriere utilizzato. In alternativa, è possibile organizzare la spedizione di reso con lo stesso corriere di RattiX.

Non siamo responsabili per altri costi che potrebbero verificarsi in caso di problemi con la parte una volta montata. La garanzia è valida solo se il ricambio è montato da un meccanico qualificato. Chiederemo una lettera del meccanico con carta intestata aziendale come prova.
