    Massager works well

    Still good value as massager works well. Likes other have mentioned the heat is a little lower than hopped but I guess it work offer some soothing to those that need deep heat, but many would expect a little warmer. Heat is like a luke warm water bottle.

    Heavy and cumbersome,difficult to use on the lower back, in fact after attempting to use on lower back you need to use it on your arms to ease the cramp. Short lead doesn't help. May be good in places easy to reach i.e. shoulders, legs etc. but not for back problems. Heat is only tepid or lukewarm. Back in box after three attempts to use on lower back.
