it arrived well packed, but upon inspection it proved to be a used product as made obvious by the dust deposition on the inner part of the fan blade.. I contacted to seller who reiterated it was brand new. it isn't conform to the description and I also couldn't get it to work as intended (but this could be me).. I purchased it for experiment sake so there is no point for me to send it back. hence the neutral feedback.
