Con el fin de realizar el presente trabajo, se visitaron los hoteles mas grandes en cuanto a espacio fisico, infraestructura y presencia, a nivel nacional y en algunos casos a nivel internacional, pero que en conjunto poseen algo en comun, su mercado objetivo son las familias que desean tener un descanso placentero en las instalaciones de los mismos y que cuenten con todos los servicios requeridos para su solaz esparcimiento, dejando de lado en esta ocasion los hoteles de Playa, que por su misma ubicacion cumplen en su mayoria con los estandares requeridos. Con base a una averiguacion y analisis se estimaron estrategias de mercadotecnia para un funcionamiento mejorado de la empresa. El plan esta sustentado en una investigacion de mercado que permitio recolectar informacion acerca de la situacion actual de la empresa y sus clientes. En la construccion del presente trabajo se valoraron tiempos, actividades, presupuesto y control de las tareas que se requieren para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. Las estrategias elaboradas fueron destinadas a las 7p's del servicio que, en un sentido general, remarcan la importancia de una publicidad recordatoria de la marca, explotando las ventajas competitivas del Hotel, como lo son la marca, la ubicacion, la historia del hotel y sus instalaciones. De igual manera se creo un plan presupuestal en base a cotizaciones y material requerido para la realizacion de las actividades senaladas en el plan. Asi mismo se genero un cronograma que permitira la visualizacion de las actividades y senala los tiempos en los que se recomienda deberian elaborarse las tacticas propuestas. Al final se concluyo que estos Hoteles, cuentan con suficientes recursos para generar ventajas competitivas que mejoren su prestigio e imagen del Hotel, para buscar atraer el mayor numero de clientes a sus instalaciones y de esta manera ver incrementados sus ingresos.
