Of the 8 or so surgons in the "trauma suite" when JFK was bought in - only Crenshaw has broken ranks and reported what he saw. Written probably not many years before his death. He reports that JFK received two gunshot wounds from in front of the car. Try doing that from the Book Depository. He was also on duty when Lee Harvey Oswald was brought in. Get a copy of this book now while there are still some around.
