    Great firewall, superb price

    Love them or hate them, Cisco are the market leaders in enterprise networking products. Of course, enterprise products came with enterprise price tags, which puts them out of the reach of home and small business. Until one comes to ebay, where one can pick a perfectly good Cisco product that cost £thousands just a few years ago, for a fraction of the price. And being a few years old doesn't make it obsolete, just end-of-life. Its still a perfectly functioning product. For the same price as a brand new 4 port "mini pc" that can run pfsense / opnsense, one can pick up a fully featured 8 port firewall, complete with encryption support in hardware, capable of handling tens of thousands of connections, numerous VPNs, built in device management software (ASDM), in-built client VPN software ...
