    The order was clearly marked as delayed shipping on this one and would had extended shipping and handling.It was shipped. and likley the buyer did receive. I messaged several times saying that this one was delayed shipping, unfortunately the post did not scan when shipped, so I chose to refund the seller

    Placed order 6/13, tracking number was provided 6/15, ebay reflected delivery by 7/15. Tracking details were not available on ebay and order never arrived. Asked the seller twice for a refund before the refund was issued. Seller advised postal service had not scanned shipment properly. I have ordered from sellers across Europe, these sellers did not take 30+ days to make deliveries, this order was going from Canada to the U.S.
